If you find a video at a site like YouTube, use that site's features to obtain the required code to "embed" a video. Then copy-and-paste that exact code into your blog post here. Be sure you are not posting with "Filtered HTML" but instead are using "Full HTML". If that last "filtered" or "full" question doesn't make sense, then don't worry about it, your blog post editing page may not offer the option.
